Join Jennifer for this 6 week series to to foster deeper states of concentration, contemplation and connection. Each session will incorporate beginner-intermediate asana, pranayama, bandha and meditation to build the resilience of your physical body, identify and clear mental “blockages” and cultivate a deeper curiosity and self inquiry.
You do not have to have experience with advanced asana, breath work, meditative techniques etc. A relationship with Ujjayi pranayama (victorious breathing) and a regular asana practice of at least one year are advised
