Join Jennifer in the mountains of North Carolina for a weekend of hatha yoga, time in nature, relaxation and delicious, local, vegetarian food! This is an opportunity for self study and self care with a seasoned and experienced yoga teacher AND holistic health coach. Each weekend is catered to the individual based upon your dietary needs, holistic health goals, and personalized yoga practice.

Schedule:


Friday
:

•afternoon arrival (as early as 2:00pm EST)

•settling in and catching up (holistic health consultation)

•dinner

•evening meditation and/or yoga nidra

Saturday

•morning asana, pranayama, meditation 7-9am

•breakfast

•hiking or other appropriate time in Nature

•lunch in nature

•health coaching session, cooking lesson or free time

•evening practice 4:30-6

•dinner

•relaxation by the fire

Sunday

•morning practice 7-9am

•breakfast

•closing – next steps for wellness

•departure (by 2pm)

Pricing

Without lodging or dinners: $800/person
