Join Jennifer in Nashville for a weekend of hatha yoga, time in nature, relaxation and delicious, local, vegetarian food! This is an opportunity for true respite with a seasoned and experienced yoga teacher AND holistic health coach! Each weekend is catered to the individual based upon your dietary needs, holistic health goals, and personalized yoga practice.

Friday
:

  • afternoon arrival (as early as 1:30pm CST)
  • settling in and catching up (holistic health consultation)
  • dinner
  • evening meditation and/or yoga nidra

Saturday

  • morning asana, pranayama, meditation 7-9am
  • breakfast

  • lunch in nature
  • health coaching session, cooking lesson or free time
  • evening practice 4:30-6
  • dinner
  • relaxation by the fire

Sunday

  • morning practice 7-9am
  • breakfast
  • closing – next steps for wellness
  • departure (by 2pm)
