$16Patience and time. These two qualities are often seen as a luxury in our lives, and sometimes even a luxury in our yoga practice. However, it is in the process of slowing down and observing our natural state that the experience of life becomes more intriguing…just as it is.
Physically Restorative yoga asanas are calming to the nervous system and healing to the body. Energetically the offering of time and patience in one’s practice is medicine to the effects of a stress-addicted culture. This practice teaches and embodies the value of presence- the exploration of magic that lives in each moment. Using ample props and support, lengthy holds in each posture, guided imagery, and soothing sounds this class is meant to offer each practitioner the space to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. Come savor the sweetness of life, without rushing around it.
