Yin Yoga & Meditation

All levels. Yin Yoga is a more easeful and patient practice in which the muscles are relaxed allowing for a release in the deeper web of connective tissue and fascia. The practice of longer holds incorporating props, and resting in the present moment offers a rich canvas for meditation and mindfulness. Through this practice we will investigate both Yin and Meditation as a way to still the mind and promote well-being and balance in our lives–through slowing down, we see more clearly what we truly need and what we already have. 75 minutes.
