I work with the individual to create a balanced and integrative approach to physical, mental and emotional well-being. Sessions are geared towards what YOU show up with, and where you are willing and able to explore. We work steadily, diligently and intelligently..walking hand-in-hand on the path of self exploration with life affirming and supporting practices. Private yoga is a way to receive individualized attention for purposes of healing, exploration, introduction to or advancement in the practice of yoga. These sessions range from 1-2 hours depending on your needs.
