Cultivating a Morning Ritual: Self Care

$65In today’s busy world we often forget to take care of our biggest resource: ourselves! Students will learn to use simple, yet profound, techniques to create a compassionate self-care practice. Instruction will include calming breathing techniques, meditation, basic Ayurveda (yoga science) and visualization techniques to begin your days in a positive state.
Note: Students will receive a basic kit to start the next morning off right!
