A retreat of buoyancy, connection and UNITY. We’ll move and feel into the places that bring us light and illuminate the heart; how do we go in within without going down? What creates weight and how do we transform heaviness into creativity, consciousness, and fluidity?

Pricing includes lodging, all food, twice daily yoga practice and additional meditation and mantra offerings.
Opportunities to hike, replenish, and do some “earthing”.
