Spring Yoga & Ayurveda mini-retreat with Jennifer, Tish & Tucker at YAM

Join Jennifer, Tish and Tucker for a full day of yoga and ayurveda in preparation for the Spring Equinox!

Jennifer will kick off the day with a skillful blend of invigorating hatha vinyasa yoga, mantra, pranayama and meditation to cultivate clarity and connection. Tish takes the middle of the day with a seasonal ayurvedic workshop including a homemade meal, introduction to spring cleansing, ayurvedic self care practices and Marma self massage for the season. Finally, Tucker brings it home with 2 hours of deeply nourishing kauit and restorative yoga.

Spring is the time of clearing physical, mental and emotional clutter, clearing space for new adventures and refining your intentions. Leave your expectations at the door and allow yourself to settle into the care of three seasoned teachers for a day of transformative uninterrupted practice, nourishing self care, community love and personal replenishment.
