Staying with it: Resources
As you move forward in your practice I encourage you to keep up regular svadhyaya in addition to your sadhana. It is such an invaluable endeavor especially when approached with devotion and enthusiasm. You can certainly look back to the 36 articles i’ve written over this course. You can look to your copies of the Yoga Sutra and the Bhagavad Gita. You may consider purchasing a copy of the Yoga Rahasya, Yoga Yajnavalkya, Yoga Makaranda, Samkhya Karika, Hatha Yoga Pradipika etc. You may also start with some of the resources that Sir has compiled so beautifully over the years through his writing. Returning to his writings regularly helps me so much so instead of writing more today I thought i’d provide a resource list of some of his works for you all.

Finally Sir has many youtube resources you can check out. Jacquelin Sonderling has put together many of his talks on the Bhagavad Gita and is in process of compiling his talks on the Samkhya Karika. You can view them HERE
Please forgive me if I have left any out- there really is so much and I will add them as they come to me (some are not available online).
We are supported by the benevolent works of so many teachers and sages who have come before. While it is essential to study with a learned and committed teacher it is also of great benefit to read the words of these teachers and sages, and continue to think along these lines. We never know the minds capacity until we’ve tapped in. Stay curious, stay committed and the fruits will ripen into experience.
Om Sri Gurubhya Namaha
