Join me for 4 hours of Restorative and Yin Yoga as part of the 200 hour Advanced Teacher Training at Republic of Yoga in Cary, NC! Learn Restorative and Yin Asana, gentle assists and body propping, Hands on Healing, Guided Meditation and other techniques to create a canvas for restoration, relaxation and healing in your yoga classes. This is a great tool for teachers who work with private clientele or special populations.
