Level 2+. Our most challenging class, recommended for those with some vinyasa experience, but open to all with a pioneering spirit! Strong flow practice, including breath-awareness, arm balances, and inversions. Variations are offered for both newer and more advanced students. Yoga is a practice of purification towards liberation (moksha). In the physical practice (asana) of yoga, backbends play an important role in this journey.
